Rooted in a large Ohio family and shaped by a close-knit community, Theresa developed an early passion for helping others. That strong sense of connection led her to a career in counseling, working with kids and families. A spontaneous visit to see a friend in Raleigh turned into a permanent move, and at 23, she began a new chapter in North Carolina. Now a longtime resident, Theresa brings both local insight and a deep appreciation for the Triangle and Johnston County areas she proudly calls home. With professional experience in healthcare, human resources, and marketing, Theresa offers a unique blend of empathy, strategic thinking, and people skills. Her clients value her calm, attentive approach and ability to craft smart, personalized solutions, navigating even the most complex situations with confidence and care. Theresa and her husband Mike, originally from Hendersonville, raised their family in Raleigh before settling in Four Oaks. They love spending time with their four children, son-in-law, and young grandsons. For now, Theresa continues helping friends and family buy and sell their homes. It is such a big decision with so many moving parts, Theresa can't help but love to problem-solve with them.
